Checked in to a warm room with elegant decor. The staff made me feel like family. Breakfast was truly delightful, especially enjoying the fresh fruits.

However, the air conditioning struggled to keep up during the hot afternoons, which made my stay less comfortable than expected.

I enjoyed a delightful stay with personalized service from the staff. The breakfast buffet featured fresh dosas and the amazing Amritsari kulcha. Don't miss out on visiting the Cafe 17 for its vibrant atmosphere. A wonderful experience that truly catered to my needs!

The breakfast spread had a good variety of tasty options and the location made it easy to explore the city center and nearby attractions like the rose garden.

The Deluxe Room was smaller than expected, lacking an extra bed despite multiple requests. The damaged mattress caused discomfort, and the overall maintenance showed signs of wear, like peeling paint on the exterior. Parking was disorganized, making it inconvenient to find a space without hassle. The lifts had issues with door functionality, which was frustrating for moving luggage. Additionally, internet connectivity fluctuated, especially in the bathrooms.

We spent three nights in a lovely deluxe room with a garden view and it was a great experience. The outdoor swimming pool was perfect for relaxation, and the hot tub was a treat after a long day. The only hiccup was the bathroom layout, which could use a little more thought, but it didn’t take away from our overall enjoyment! 😊

I had a great time! The amazing food at the Indian restaurant was a highlight, and the cozy room offered a lovely city view. The helpful staff made my experience memorable!

Had an excellent stay with my family. The hospitality was impressive, especially Mr Arshit, who went out of his way to make my daughters feel welcome. The Deluxe Room Garden View provided a beautiful view that enhanced our experience.

Just a decent option for a holiday in Chandigarh with good value. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially Mr Ajay with room service. Make sure to interact with the staff. they can really enhance your stay.

I gotta say the breakfast buffet was quite a feast, plenty of options, and everything was fresh. The staff really went the extra mile, we were busy talking, and they surprised us by bringing hot puri, that’s the kind of service you don't forget.

It ain't exactly cheap, but it was worth every cent.
